saya
dulu pengilang besi, sangkut teruk apabila bahan mentah 'billets'
akhirnya terpaksa tutup tambah2 mengalami 'cash flow setback' apabila
TPIKS tak lulus pinjaman kecuali saya layan permintaan 'orang2 atas
bank' yang mahukan supaya working paper diubah kepada double, separuh
utk dia orang.
sebab tu sampai sekarang saya masih duk bertanya umno tolong orang melayu mana?

Recently di Kelantan, they set up a "think-tank" group to help plsn and organise bumi enterpreunarship. However, from my observation around me, I often see such "experts" engaging in polymics rathr than properly work out plans. Many would propose projects similar to what has always been done. It just crossed my mind that if we were to heed such advice, what makes us think that we will succeed this time? In reality, we donot really know what is the problem that has caused the failure?
However if you speak to many of these young enterpreuners, I think you would hear them lamenting on the supply-chains being chained by certain more powerful business groups and clans.
Now, today in parliament they talked about cooperatives acts. Would it be possible if a mother-of-all cooperatives be set up to act as a conduit for bumiputra or other less fortunate groups to source their supplies from so that they make profits and dont gulung tikar so soon after starting? While the intrrnet has domewhat levelled the playing field for small bumiputra businesses, it is still not enough. We shoud try to innovste new ways.
For my mother-of-all cooperatives, Membership is to SME's rather than individusls.
With government backing, I think it can provide a life-line to many small businesses.
If you travel through UK, u will see many cooperstives compete with other ownership, setting up stores and shops. Can we also not do that?
